Robert is an innovative and adoring entrepreneur and a business development expert with a strong passion for youth, women and empowerment of people at the lower of the development ladder. He believes that poverty is in the mind and that by gaining practical entrepreneurial, investment and business development skills poverty can be eradicated.

He has over 10 years’ experience in; community empowerment projects; finance, budgeting reviews and planning; research and data analysis skills; project planning and management; resource mobilization, team building and strategic networking; and among others having worked for public, private and Non-Governmental Organization sectors. He has been involved in conducting research and baseline surveys; data analysis using SPSS, STATA and E-VIEWS software; resource mobilization; project funding and donor identification; initiating strategic partnerships; creative and innovative business ideas; trade policy development; monitoring and evaluation of projects; local authority and government’s budget reviews and analysis; and development of business and strategic plans among others.
