Peggy holds Bachelor of Laws- LLB- Degree, School of Law, Moi University; Post-Graduate Diploma in Law, Kenya School of Law. She has been admitted to the bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya

Peggy is an experienced legal expert. She has been involved in analyzing potential liabilities to the companies and suggesting possible courses of actions; reviewing settlement documents, contracts, agreements, and MoUs; analyzing actions and decisions taken by company in order to identify problem areas and suggesting alternative courses of action and mitigate risk as much as possible; ensuring complete legal compliance of the range of business activities of various companies; providing summary of various laws as and when needed or passed to law affecting the Company core business; filling all correspondences, pleadings and other necessary documents in Legal; Liaising with external Counsel on Legal matters affecting the Company day to day running; and resolving any issue arising especially with other relevant Kenyan Bodies.

Peggy is the Chairperson for Internal Legal Affairs Committee.
