Miriam holds Certificate in ICT, and ICDL from Riara University, and Diploma in Public Relations from Nairobi Institute of Business Studies (NIBS).

Miriam is the Head of Sales and Marketing Development Committee Miriam has hands-on experience in sales & marketing in Web products and corporate branding; implementation of the team action plans; maintaining good customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction; providing administrative support to clients for customer retention; achieving set sales targets; monitoring calls for response from administrative team to ensure call returns are done; training the team to improve on Web products and corporate branding sales; undertaking market survey; brainstorming, designing and implementing market campaigns for the launch of products and services; facilitating Social Media/Networking website activities and promotions using Facebook ,Twitter and LinkedIn; and development Internet and Search Marketing initiatives
