Dr. Sporta has a PHD Business Administration (Finance Option) JKUAT; Master in Business Administration (Finance) from Kenyatta University; Bachelor of Business Administration (BBM) from Moi University. He is also a full member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (CPAK).

He has an excellent on Finance and Accounting with aptness in preparation and interpretation of financial statements, preparation of final accounts, budgeting and budgetary control, all reconciliations, financial strategic planning, auditing and preparation for audits, office administration among a wide range of other accounting practices from my practical cumulative work experience. He is a IFRSs Trainer for ICPAK due his IFRS experience gained from training for ICPAK in their regular training program. He is currently a full time lecturer at Kenya College of Accountancy University (KCA) and part time lecturer in various other Universities and Institutions.

Dr. Sporta is the Chairperson, Risk Management and Audit Committee.
